The developer of Bayview Place, a 20 acre master-planned mixed-use, high density community overlooking Victoria’s Inner Harbour is reimagining a former Canadian Pacific Rail roundhouse as a community gathering place and a 70,000 sf grocery anchored retail property aptly named the Roundhouse Marketplace.

We have been retained to provide strategic pre-development asset management services that includes developing a merchandising strategy, lease execution and establishing standard asset management and property management operating procedures, processes and policies. Training and Corporate Development

Peter Morris is now scheduling workshops, keynote addresses and courses for 2018. To learn more about the many programs available, or to discuss a customized presentation for your organization simply CONTACT US.


Peter Morris leads three introductory courses for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver (REBGV), an organization that represents almost 14,000 Realtors® in the area. The day long courses occur monthly and are an Introduction to Commercial Real Estate Investment AnalysisIntroduction to Commercial Leasing Process and Negotiation Techniques and an Introduction to Listing and Selling Commercial Property. Professional Development Credits are available for Realtors licensed in BC as these are courses owned by REBGV. The REBGV feels these courses are so valuable they are offered on a continuous monthly basis. Additional courses are now being developed.

The Greenstead Consulting Group offers a wide variety of commercial and income producing real estate courses from introductory to advanced levels. While the courses for REBGV are in-person session, our other courses can be both live sessions, webinars and online web-based structured courses with quizzes, assignments and completion certificate.

Other Real Estate Boards we have worked with include Vancouver Island, Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto and the Canadian Real Estate Association. We welcome both the Prince George and Fraser Valley Real Estate Boards in 2018.


We recently launched our Masterguide training programs that provide enhanced techniques in real estate leasing for both landlords and occupiers. The training is based on leasing over 5 million square feet of commercial space including retail, office and industrial as well as administering to thousands of commercial leases throughout North America for brand names. The course includes both an introductory level as well as an advanced level suitable for experienced Realtors. 


Our What You Need to Know as a Commercial Tenant program is specifically designed to help small businesses understand their location needs and better negotiate their lease, as well as manage their lease obligations.
